Some time ago, we saw the need to provide a new senior community in Tooele. Not only were there too few communities like ours over there, but the housing market in Salt Lake was going crazy. Many people who lived and worked in the Salt Lake valley were getting priced out of homes.
Tooele seemed like a logical solution. While it often seems far away, we knew of many people who found the commute into Salt Lake from Tooele, faster than their previous commute from within Salt Lake itself.
Many people are coming to recognize the benefits of commuting from Tooele, which in the last couple years has led to some pretty good growth for this western town. However, there’s many people who’ve been long time residents of Tooele, and have loved their part of the state. Many of them would be loath to move out as they near retirement.
Since most of Leisure Villas’ residents are over 55, we’re especially keen to the idea of providing the best possible retirement for those residents who want to stay in Tooele.
At Country View Villas, we’ll have all the amenities that our Leisure customers have come to expect and value. We’ll have our community clubhouse, complete with a pool table, library, movie theater, swimming pool, exercise room, and everyone’s favorite: a large gathering area which can accommodate large groups with a serving area, in case your party wants to have a potluck dinner.

In this new community, we’ll be offering our best selling floorplans: The Grandview, The Windsor Court, The Bristol Court, and our newest Stratford.
The floorplans range from about 1600 square feet to 2600 square feet. All of our plans have the option to add a bonus room above the garage, which includes a spacious room for friends and family to either visit or play in, plus a closet and its own bathroom.
