Every 55+ community we build, has a clubhouse.
Our seniors are active adults and many of them like to play and socialize. That’s why we’re proud to announce the completion of our Villas At Pioneer Crossing Clubhouse.
For various reasons, it was completed a couple months behind schedule, but finally it’s open!
Welcome to our new clubhouse
The wait is over.
If you already live in our Villas At Pioneer Crossing community, then you will be happy to know that we’re finished. This summer the final stages of the clubhouse completion have been fraught with one challenge or another, but we cleared our last hurdle this week.
Occupancy was granted on the clubhouse and after one more small delay, we were able to get the pool certified and opened. Many of you were very patient with us this summer and we thank you for that.
Keeping the swimming pool open longer.
Because we hoped to have the clubhouse and the pool opened a little earlier, we’re going to keep the swimming pool open a little longer than we usually do.
Since the long-range weather patterns suggest a warmer than usual fall, there will hopefully be plenty of time left in the season for enjoying some fun in the sun, while playing in and around the swimming pool.
You might also be wondering if you can bring your grandchildren over for a dip. By all means, yes! The pool is for you to enjoy and so are your grandkids. Give them something fun to do while they spend time with you.
Just remember, if you do have family and friends using the pool, you need to be there with them.
Sales office is here too.
If you don’t live here yet and you want to visit and see what we’re all about, we’ve moved our sales office over to the clubhouse. Some of you might have been visiting our temporary sales office in our Grandview model, but nobody will be there anymore if you walk in.
So make the clubhouse your first stop when you come to visit us. Take a tour of the facility and imagine all the fun you can have there.
Clubhouse hours
For all of our current homeowners, we’ve issued a key fob. These are little plastic tabs that you can swipe at the door to unlock it. Keep these safe. They belong to the HOA and you’ll have to pay for any replacements.
You don’t need this key fob to get into the clubhouse every time though. Since our sales office will be located in there until we’ve sold out and moved on, our sales staff will keep the clubhouse unlocked during normal business hours.
Normal business hours are from Monday to Saturday, from 10am to 5pm.
If you want to access any of the amenities before or after that, you are more than welcome to, but the doors will be locked, so you will need to bring your key fob.
